We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions that align with business requirements. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in ServiceNow development, customization, integrations, and platform automation across ITSM and other modules.

Requirements :

- ServiceNow Platform Knowledge : In-depth understanding of ServiceNow CSM module and their functionalities.

- Scripting Skills : Proficiency in JavaScript for writing scripts, business rules, and client scripts to support configurations.

- Configuration Management : Skills in configuring ServiceNow instances, including forms, fields, and workflows.

- User Administration : Knowledge of managing user roles, permissions, and access controls within ServiceNow.

- Integration : Intermediate level experienced with REST and SOAP APIs for troubleshooting integrations with other systems.

- Database and Reporting Skills : Understanding of database concepts, along with experience in generating reports and dashboards.

- Problem-Solving and Troubleshooting : Strong analytical skills to identify and resolve issues quickly and effectively.

- Documentation and Knowledge Management : Ability to create and maintain documentation, knowledge articles, and support materials.

- Agile Methodologies : Familiarity with Agile practices and participation in sprint planning and reviews.

- Customer Service Orientation : Strong communication skills to assist end-users and stakeholders effectively.

- Certifications (Preferred) : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist.
