ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Module

Job Description :

We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team and contribute to the design, development, and optimization of ServiceNow applications. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ITSM, ITIL, GRC, process orchestration, and integrations, with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to collaborate across global teams.

Role & Responsibilities :

Core ServiceNow Expertise :

- ITIL processes & IT Service Management (ITSM)

- Service Catalog & Service Portals

- Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC)

- Process Orchestration

Customization & Development :

- Business rules, UI & data policies, API scripting

- Custom app development, scoped apps, upgrades & cloning

Integrations & Data :

- Import Sets, Data Sources, and Transform Maps

Collaboration & Delivery :

- Experience in global delivery environments

Qualifications :

- Proven expertise in ITSM modules, integrations, and customizations

- Strong communication & problem-solving abilities

- ServiceNow certifications (Developer, Administrator, ITSM, or GRC) preferred
