Job Description

Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and implement ServiceNow solutions with a focus on ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge).

- Customize ServiceNow applications, including forms, workflows, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and notifications.

- Develop and maintain integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using REST/SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, propose solutions, and ensure alignment with ITIL best practices.

- Perform unit testing, system testing, and support UAT for developed solutions.

- Participate in upgrades and patching activities while ensuring system stability.

- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing ongoing support and enhancements.

- Create and maintain technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Qualifications :

- 4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in ITSM modules.

- Strong understanding of ITIL processes and how they map to ServiceNow ITSM.

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, Jelly, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS (preferred).

- Hands-on experience in ServiceNow workflows, flow designer, catalog items, UI actions, UI pages, and client/server scripts.

- Experience in ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, or MID Server.

- Knowledge of CMDB, Discovery, and Asset Management will be an advantage.

- Good experience with ServiceNow update sets, scoped applications, and performance tuning.

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) is mandatory; CIS-ITSM certification is a plus.
