- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management).
- Proficient in ITOM modules : Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Cloud Management.
- Expertise in customizing and developing ServiceNow applications using JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow Studio.
- Experience in developing and integrating CMDB and ensuring CI data accuracy.
Development & Scripting :
- Experience with Client Scripts, Business Rules, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes.
- Skilled in Flow Designer, Workflows, and Orchestration.
- Development of custom applications using ServiceNow's App Engine.
Integration & Automation :
- Knowledge of MID Server, Web Services (REST/SOAP) integrations.
- Experience in integrating with third-party monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Zabbix, Nagios for ITOM.
- Experience with Event Rules, Alert Management, and Connector configurations.
Platform Administration :
- Good understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture, upgrades, and performance optimization.

Process & Methodology :
