ServiceNow Developer - ITSM/ITOM/HRSD Modules

Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in the ITSM module along with at least one additional module such as HRSD, CSM, ITOM, ITAM, SPM, HAM, SAM.

The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in scripting and integrations, and should be capable of delivering scalable, high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, Request, Knowledge Management).

- Implement and support at least one additional module :

1. HRSD (Human Resources Service Delivery)

2. CSM (Customer Service Management)

3. ITOM (IT Operations Management)

4. ITAM (IT Asset Management)

5. SPM (Strategic Portfolio Management)

- Develop and maintain Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and Flow Designer workflows.

- Build and support REST / Scripted REST APIs, SOAP integrations, and third-party system integrations.

- Perform data migration, transformation, and CMDB integrations where applicable.

- Participate in instance upgrades, patching, and regression testing activities.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Ensure platform performance, security compliance, and best practice implementation.

Mandatory Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow development.

- Strong expertise in ITSM module.

- Experience in at least one of the following : HRSD / CSM / ITOM / ITAM / SPM.

- Strong knowledge of JavaScript, Glide APIs, Script Includes, Business Rules, Flow Designer.

- Hands-on experience in REST/SOAP integrations and API development
