Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer with strong hands-on expertise in building, customizing, and integrating ServiceNow applications.

The ideal candidate should be proficient in scripting, Service Portal development, and implementing complex workflows across ITSM and other ServiceNow modules.

Mandatory Skills :

Core Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of hands-on development experience on the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong proficiency in client-side and server-side scripting, including :

a. JavaScript

b. Glide APIs

c. Business Rules

d. Script Includes

e. UI Actions / UI Policies

- Experience building and working with REST / SOAP integrations.

- Strong experience in Service Portal development, including :

a. Widgets

b. UI Pages

c. Catalog Client Scripts

d. AngularJS (if applicable)

- Good knowledge of JavaScript, Core Java, and object-oriented programming concepts.

Module Expertise :

- Hands-on experience working in one or more of the following ServiceNow modules :

a. ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB)

b. ITOM

c. HRSD

d. CSM

e. Or any similar enterprise modules

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, enhance, and customize ServiceNow applications based on business requirements.

- Build and optimize Service Portal componentswidgets, pages, themes, and UI styling.

- Design and implement integrations with external systems using REST/SOAP and other data exchange methods.

- Develop custom scripts, business rules, flows, and automation features to improve platform functionality.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize ServiceNow modules, workflows, and performance issues.

- Ensure platform configurations follow best practices, coding standards, and maintainability guidelines.

- Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver quality solutions.

Additional Requirements :

- UAN & PF Challan documentation is mandatory for onboarding.
