Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, test, and implement ServiceNow applications and modules (ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, SecOps).

- Build and customize applications using the ServiceNow platform with best practices and standards.

- Develop and maintain Service Portal UI components to create user-friendly and efficient interfaces.

- Utilize JavaScript, AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS, SOAP, and REST APIs to enhance functionality and integrations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality software.

- Ensure code reusability and componentization to optimize development efforts.

- Demonstrate strong troubleshooting and debugging skills to resolve issues efficiently.

- Work in an Agile development environment, participating in sprint planning, stand-ups, and reviews.

- Maintain documentation and adhere to compliance and security standards.

- Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies, frameworks, and tools relevant to the ServiceNow ecosystem.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

- Minimum 7 years of software development experience, including at least 5 years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow application development and implementation.

- Proven track record in building complex, scalable applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Strong expertise with Service Portal development and UI component design.

- Proficiency in JavaScript and web technologies (AJAX, JSON, HTML, XML, CSS).

- Experience with SOAP and RESTful APIs and integration frameworks.

- Solid understanding of ITSM, ITAM, ITOM, ITBM, or SecOps modules within ServiceNow.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a customer-centric mindset.

- Ability to work effectively in culturally diverse teams.

- Experience working in Agile software development methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications :

- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or other relevant certifications.

- Experience with Performance Analytics, Orchestration, or Discovery modules.

- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
