ServiceNow Developer - ITSM Implementation

Job Title : ServiceNow Developer ITSM/IRM/CMDB | 8+ Years Exp | Pune (WFO)

Location : Pune, India (Work From Office)

Experience Required : 8+ Years (Minimum 5 Years Relevant in ServiceNow)

Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in ServiceNow ITSM implementations, integrations, and module customizations in the Financial/Wealth Management domain.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and customize ServiceNow applications including ITSM, IRM, Vulnerability Management, CMDB

- Design and implement Business Rules, Script Includes, Workflows, ACLs, and Transform Maps

- Configure Discovery and perform CMDB integrations

- Develop and manage Service Catalogs, Client Scripts, and UI Policies

- Work with stakeholders to understand and implement business logic and process automation

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable solutions

- Ensure security best practices using Access Controls (ACLs) and role management

Skills & Qualifications :

- 8+ years of IT experience, including 5+ years in ServiceNow development

- Hands-on expertise in ITSM, IRM, CMDB, Discovery, Vulnerability Management

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript), workflows, and APIs

- Experience with domain separation, integrations, transform maps

- ITIL Foundation Certification is a plus

- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
