Job Description

Key Responsibilities :


- Customize, develop, and implement ServiceNow applications, including ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and Custom Apps or App Engine to meet business requirements.


- Utilize your Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification to develop custom modules, integrate systems, and ensure seamless application functionality on the ServiceNow platform.


- Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and IT teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and deliver high-quality results.


- Design, configure, and develop new modules, workflows, and user interfaces for ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and other ServiceNow modules.


- Implement automated workflows and processes to enhance service delivery and operational efficiency.


- Perform testing and validation of developed solutions to ensure accuracy and performance optimization.


- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation for all customizations, integrations, and processes.


- Follow ServiceNow best practices for development and deployment.


- Provide ongoing support for ServiceNow applications, including resolving technical issues, performing upgrades, and implementing enhancements.


Required Skills & Qualifications :


- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM, HRSD, GRC, SecOps, and App Engine or Custom Application development.


- Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification.


- Experience with ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript, etc.), business rules, UI actions, UI policies, and creating custom applications.


- Familiarity with ServiceNow ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, Knowledge, Request Management), HRSD, GRC, and SecOps modules.


- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs, connectors, and web services.


- Expertise in creating and optimizing workflows and automating processes within ServiceNow.


- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills to resolve complex technical issues.


- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with internal teams and business stakeholders
