About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced and proactive ServiceNow Developer for a consulting engagement focused on delivering robust ServiceNow implementations and enhancements. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze business needs and deliver scalable solutions on the ServiceNow platform. This is a remote role, aligned to UK shift timings (1 : 30 PM 9 : 30 PM IST), and requires immediate availability.

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into functional ServiceNow workflows and automations.

- Design and build scalable, efficient, and secure ServiceNow solutions using the platforms full capabilities.

- Configure and customize core modules including ITSM, CSM, and CMDB, aligning with best practices.

- Develop and manage forms, UI policies, business rules, notifications, and catalogs for enhanced usability and performance.

- Utilize server-side scripting (e.g., Business Rules, Script Includes) and client-side scripting (e.g., Client Scripts, UI Actions, UI Pages) using GlideAjax.

- Build and manage integrations with third-party systems using REST APIs, Flow Designer, and Integration Hub.

- Troubleshoot and resolve platform issues proactively, ensuring system reliability and performance.

- Develop and maintain custom reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support business insights.

- Conduct code reviews and incorporate automated testing wherever applicable.

- Maintain comprehensive documentation of workflows, configurations, and integration designs.

- Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow releases and share knowledge to enhance platform usage and team proficiency.
