Responsibilities :
- Design, develop, implement, and test ServiceNow modules in line with agreed timelines,
budget, costs, quality, and development standards.
- Implement and optimize ITSM processes on modules such as Incident Management, Problem
Management, Change Management, and Knowledge Management.
- Design and develop complex integration solutions between ServiceNow and external tools (e.g., Salesforce, SCOM, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Perspectium) and also ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow integrations as per business needs.
- Implement custom Bi-directional Integrations with in-depth knowledge of Inbound and Outbound Integrations, REST, and SOAP services.
- Identify and design ServiceNow integration requirements, including ServiceNow Mid-tier setup, Event Management integration, and Service Mapping & Discovery integration (CMDB).
- Develop and configure ServiceNow ITSM applications and Service Portal in accordance with customer requirements and best practices.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, translating them into technical specifications and solutions.
- Develop UI forms, UI Actions, notifications, workflows, Transform Maps, and Flows via Flow
Designer.
- Create JavaScript server/client code and components including Script Includes, Business Rules, Client Scripts, and ACLs.
- Create, modify, and publish service catalog items and Record Producers.
- Suggest and implement proposals for process improvements within projects, once agreed upon.
- Provide technical documentation on modules/products, following company standards on
customer projects.
- Support and perform system testing and systems integration testing.
- Support user acceptance testing, go-live activities, and early life/warranty support periods.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities, making
recommendations for improvement.
Requirements :
- 1+ years of hands-on experience with ServiceNow ITSM process implementation.
- Hands-on experience with ITSM modules : Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Knowledge Management, etc.
- In-depth knowledge of designing and developing complex solutions for integration of ServiceNow with external tools (e.g., Salesforce, SCOM, MuleSoft, SnapLogic, Perspectium) and ServiceNow-to-ServiceNow integration.
- Hands-on experience with Inbound and Outbound Integrations, including REST and SOAP services.
- Proven experience in implementing custom Bi-directional Integrations and Custom REST/SOAP services.

- Strong advisory and mentoring skills, with the ability to provide hands-on assistance to other team members regarding technical solution design and execution.
- Ability to develop and document best practice approaches and reusable assets for the deployment team.
- Experience in creating and designing user stories, assessing solutions built by developers, and performing system/integration testing.
