ServiceNow Developer - ITOM/ITAM Modules

Position Overview :

We are looking for a highly skilled and motivated ServiceNow Developer with proven expertise in UI Builder and Custom Application Development on the ServiceNow NOW Platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in architecting, developing, and integrating ServiceNow solutions across multiple modules, including ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, HRSD, and CSM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications using UI Builder and JavaScript-based scripting.

- Build and deploy custom applications, dashboards, scorecards, indicators, breakdowns, and widgets aligned with business requirements.

- Develop and implement REST API integrations and other third-party connectors to enhance platform capabilities.

- Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Performance Analytics (PA) solutions within ServiceNow.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs, performance targets, and actionable insights for business reporting.

- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and performance optimization across ServiceNow modules.

- Conduct architecture, design, and code reviews while maintaining adherence to best development practices.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members.

- Stay abreast of ServiceNow releases, enhancements, and emerging platform features, and incorporate best practices into ongoing projects.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow Custom Application Development.

- Strong proficiency in UI Builder, JavaScript, and ServiceNow Scripting.

- Demonstrated experience with ServiceNow integrations (REST APIs, JSON, XML).

- Proven expertise in Performance Analytics, dashboard creation, and data visualization.

- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.

- Experience in collaborating with global teams and cross-functional stakeholders.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience in Service Portal development.

- Exposure to multiple ServiceNow modules (ITOM, ITAM, ITSM, HRSD, CSM).

- Working knowledge of Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
