ServiceNow Developer - HRSD

Role Overview :

We are looking for a ServiceNow Developer HRSD with hands-on experience configuring HR Service Delivery modules, building workflows, and supporting integrations.

The candidate should be comfortable working in agile environments and collaborating closely with functional stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

HRSD Configuration & Development :

- Configure and customize HRSD components, including Case Management, Knowledge, Lifecycle Events, and Employee Service Center elements.

- Develop workflows, flow designer logic, business rules, script includes, UI policies, and client scripts.

- Support creation and enhancement of HR service catalog items.

Integrations :

- Support REST/SOAP and file-based integrations between ServiceNow and external HRIS systems.

- Work with JSON/XML payloads, API configurations, and data mappings.

Quality & Delivery :

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices, coding standards, and documentation guidelines.

- Perform unit testing and support end-to-end testing cycles.

- Identify gaps, troubleshoot defects, and ensure smooth deployment.

Requirements & Collaboration :

- Create and refine user stories based on business requirements.

- Participate in requirement discussions and review sessions with HR and IT teams.

- Work within Agile methodology and contribute to sprint planning and retrospectives.

Required Skills :

- Strong technical understanding of the ServiceNow platform and HRSD module.

- Hands-on experience with :

a. JavaScript

b. JSON

c. REST / SOAP integrations

- Experience working with HRIS tools such as :

a. Workday

b. SAP SuccessFactors

c. Oracle HR

- Knowledge of Agile/Scrum practices.

Qualifications :

- ServiceNow CSA (Certified System Administrator) Mandatory

Preferred :

- CISHRSD or other CIS certifications

- ITIL Foundation
