Title : ServiceNow developer - Expert in CSM Module
Job Summary :
We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow CSM Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in the Customer Service Management (CSM) module.
The role involves developing, configuring, customizing, and supporting ServiceNow CSM solutions while working closely with business stakeholders in an Agile environment.
Note : Candidates must have experience working on the ServiceNow CSM module. Profiles without CSM experience need not apply
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Develop, Configure, customize, and support the ServiceNow CSM module, including case workflows and customer service processes.
- Develop and maintain JavaScript-based scripts such as Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Script Includes.
- Configure ServiceNow forms, fields, workflows, and UI components.
- Administer users, roles, groups, and access controls.
- Troubleshoot and support integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Create and maintain reports and dashboards.
- Perform issue analysis and provide timely resolution.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge articles.
- Work in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning and reviews.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and provide effective end-user support.
Technical Skills Required :
- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow CSM module (mandatory)
- Proficiency in JavaScript for ServiceNow development
- Experience in ServiceNow configuration and administration
- Working knowledge of REST and SOAP integrations
- Understanding of ServiceNow data models, reporting, and dashboards
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies
- Preferred Certifications : ServiceNow Certified System Administrator or Certified Implementation Specialist
