Job Title : ServiceNow Developer Multiple Positions (6+ Years Experience)

Location : Pan India (Hybrid)


Positions Available : Multiple Openings


About the Role :

We are seeking experienced ServiceNow Professionals to join our growing team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, configuring, and integrating ServiceNow solutions for enterprise clients. This is a hybrid role with flexibility to work from various locations across India.


Open Positions & Key Skills :

ServiceNow Developer CSM, SOM, Integration :


- Strong experience in Customer Service Management (CSM) and Service Order Management (SOM)

- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow Integrations using REST/SOAP, APIs, and MID Servers

- Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and Flow Designer


ServiceNow OMT / SOM / TSM Integrations :

- Experience in Order Management for Telecom (OMT), Service Order Management (SOM), and Telecom Service Management (TSM)

- Strong background in ServiceNow integration with OSS/BSS systems


ServiceNow CSM :

- In-depth knowledge of Customer Service Management processes

- Experience in designing portals, case management, and knowledge bases


ServiceNow FSM :

- Experience with Field Service Management workflows

- Knowledge of dispatching, scheduling, and mobile application setup


ServiceNow ITSM :

- Expertise in IT Service Management modules Incident, Problem, Change, Service Catalog, Knowledge

- ITIL v4 certification preferred


ServiceNow ITOM :

- Experience with IT Operations Management modules Discovery, Service Mapping, Event Management, Orchestration

- Strong understanding of CMDB best practices


General Requirements (Applicable to All Positions) :

- Experience : 6+ years with strong hands-on in ServiceNow development/configuration

- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting

- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and debugging skills

- Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative environment

- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules such as Incident, Problem, Change, Asset, CMDB, and Service Catalog.

- Experience with ServiceNow Integration Hub, REST/SOAP integrations.
