Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer with strong expertise in ServiceNow platform development, Service Portal, UI Builder, and Now Experience Framework. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable ServiceNow solutions while delivering modern, intuitive user experiences and seamless integrations across enterprise systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain applications on the ServiceNow platform.

- Build and customize Service Portal components including Widgets, Themes, Pages, and Catalog Items.

- Develop modern user interfaces using UI Builder and the Now Experience Framework.

- Create responsive and user-friendly solutions aligned with UX/UI best practices.

- Configure and develop workflows using Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.

- Build and enhance Agent Workspace and Workspace-based applications.

- Develop custom applications, business rules, client scripts, UI policies, and Script Includes.

- Integrate ServiceNow with external applications using REST and SOAP APIs.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Participate in testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and production support activities.

- Ensure adherence to ServiceNow development standards, governance, and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong hands-on experience with ServiceNow platform development.

- Expertise in Service Portal development including Widgets, Themes, Pages, and Custom Components.

- Experience with UI Builder and Now Experience Framework.

- Strong proficiency in JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, AngularJS, and web technologies.

- Experience with REST and SOAP API integrations.

- Hands-on knowledge of Flow Designer and App Engine Studio.

- Experience developing and customizing Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspace.

- Understanding of responsive design, accessibility standards, and modern UI/UX principles.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow scripting, client-side and server-side development.

Preferred Experience :

- Experience with ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, HRSD, CSM, or SecOps modules.

- Exposure to ServiceNow Integration Hub and MID Server.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum development environments.

- Knowledge of ServiceNow upgrade and platform maintenance activities.

- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) certifications are preferred.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.

- 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development and customization.

- Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations and enhancements.
