ServiceNow Developer with 5 years of experience in design, development, and implementation of ServiceNow solutions, including integrations with third-party tools.

Responsibilities :

- Candidate should have exp in CSM, SOM, Integration.

- ServiceNow development configuration of Customer Service Management and Order Management.

- Hands-on experience in JavaScript as an individual contributor.

- Process understanding of customer service management and order management.

Skills :

- Good Experience in ServiceNow modules and custom applications including CSM module implementation development.

- Good experience in Service Portal and Content Management development.

- Good experience in web based Integration SOAP REST and any other type of integration.

- Good knowledge of Service Request Management and Workflows
