Job Title : ServiceNow CSM Specialist
Location : Pune / Indore / Chennai / Bangalore
Experience : 5-8 Years

Key Responsibilities :
- Configure and customize the ServiceNow CSM module including workflows, UI actions, and business rules
- Build and manage client scripts, UI policies, pages, and ACLs
- Integrate ServiceNow with third-party enterprise apps using SOAP & REST APIs
- Optimize Agent Workspace and configure Virtual Agent/Chat capabilities
- Drive Service Portal enhancements using NOW Experience UI Framework
- Support OpenFrame/CTI integrations and JMS technologies
- Ensure global compatibility via internationalization (i18n) configurations
- Lead and troubleshoot performance integrations with monitoring tools
- Provide technical support for Incident, Problem, and Change Management
- Collaborate during instance upgrades and patching cycles
- Flexible work hours aligned to AP, EU, or US time zones
Requirements :
- Strong command over ServiceNow CSM module and Service Portal
- Proficient in JavaScript, workflows, client/server scripts, and business rules
- Hands-on experience with API integrations (SOAP/REST)
- Working knowledge of NOW Experience UI Framework, OpenFrame, JMS
Professional Experience :
- Familiarity with patching and upgrade processes (preferred)
Education & Certifications :
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science / IT or related field (preferred)
- Bonus Certifications : CSA, CAD, CIS-CSM
Soft Skills :
- Analytical mindset to identify system gaps and enhance service delivery
- Strong communicator across technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Proven ability to manage high-volume integrations and performance optimization
