Job Description :

- MUST HAVE ATF (Automation Test Framework) in ServiceNow.

- Must have experience in ATF (Automation Test Framework) in ServiceNow. Preferred candidates with ATF certification. MUST HAVE.

- Experience in ServiceNow upgrade testing.

- Proficient in testing various ITSM Modules. (Incident, Change, Problem, SRM etc.). MUST HAVE.

- Create test cases/test automation approaches, test plans, test scripts (manual as well automation) Must have.

- Write, execute and maintain automated test scripts using ServiceNow ATF This is Must have.

- Expert in complete test and defect management lifecycle Must have.

- Strong analytical and logical reasoning capability Must have.

- Strong collaboration skills and handling conflicts/ team challenges with positive approach Must have.

- Be a part of the dynamic QE team, work closely with the engineering team to cater to high priority and critical systems Must have.

- Should have 4 to 5 years of experience in functional and automation testing in ServiceNow. 4-5 years of experience, Pune Location.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using ServiceNow ATF (Automation Test Framework)

- Participate in ServiceNow upgrade testing and ensure platform stability

- Perform functional and regression testing across ITSM modules Incident, Change, Problem, SRM, etc.

- Create test plans, test strategies, test cases, and test scripts (manual and automation)

- Drive the complete defect management lifecycle, including logging, tracking, triaging, and closure

- Collaborate with QE, development, and platform teams to understand requirements and ensure comprehensive testing coverage

- Ensure proper documentation of testing processes, results, and validations

- Work within Agile teams and contribute to sprint planning, retrospectives, and QA estimations

- Maintain a strong focus on test automation best practices, reusability, and scalability of test cases

- Act as a quality advocate and ensure delivery of high-quality features and upgrades
