ServiceNow Architect ITSM/CSM/ITOM

Experience : 5+ years

Employment Type : Full-Time


Role Overview :

Were looking for a seasoned ServiceNow Architect to lead platform strategy, design, and implementation across ITSM, CSM, ITOM, and custom modules. This is a leadership role that bridges technology and business, enabling enterprise-wide transformation through the ServiceNow ecosystem.


Key Responsibilities :


Architecture & Strategy :


- Define ServiceNow architecture principles and platform roadmap

- Lead design and implementation of scalable, secure, and modular solutions

- Architect ServiceNow modules including ITSM, CSM, ITOM, HRSD, and custom apps

- Ensure alignment with enterprise architecture and business goals


Development Oversight :


- Review and guide solution design, workflows, integrations, and portal configurations

- Govern best practices in coding standards, performance, and maintainability

- Collaborate with developers to ensure clean architecture and reusable components

- Evaluate new ServiceNow features for strategic adoption


Stakeholder Engagement :


- Work directly with product owners, business analysts, and delivery teams

- Translate business needs into technical strategy and actionable designs

- Present architecture proposals and implementation plans to leadership teams


Integration & Automation :


- Oversee integrations with enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, IAM, CMDB, etc.)

- Implement secure data exchange using REST/SOAP APIs, JDBC, and MID Servers

- Drive automation initiatives and cross-module orchestration workflows


Required Skills :


- Deep experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions across ITSM/CSM/ITOM

- Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture, data model, and scoped apps

- Proficient in scripting (JavaScript, Glide API), Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

- Experience in CMDB structuring, Discovery, Event Management, and Service Mapping

- Excellent communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills


Preferred Skills :


- Certifications : CSA, CAD, CIS-ITSM, CIS-CSM, CIS-ITOM

- Hands-on experience with Performance Analytics and reporting

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery environments

- Background in enterprise IT service delivery, consulting, or transformation programs


Qualifications :


- Bachelors/Masters degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field

- 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow ecosystem, including at least 3 years in architectural roles
