ServiceNow Architect - HRSD Module

Role : ServiceNow Architect HR Service Delivery (HRSD)

Location : Remote

Experience : 6- 9 Years

Note : UAN is Mandatory

About the Role :

strong HRSD expertise, stakeholder management, and technical leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Translate business requirements into technical designs.

- Lead HRSD module configurations, customizations, and integrations.

- Build and maintain WorkdayServiceNow integrations.

- Ensure alignment with ServiceNow best practices.

- Guide development teams and perform code/configuration reviews.

- Deliver solution documentation (architecture diagrams, release notes, etc.).

Must-Have Skills :

- CISHRSD Certification : Mandatory.

- Workday Integration : Strong experience integrating Workday with ServiceNow HRSD.

- Architecture Skills : Ability to design secure and scalable ServiceNow HRSD architectures.

- Platform Knowledge : JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, REST/SOAP APIs.

- Leadership : Experience guiding teams and ensuring design best practices.

- Communication : Strong collaboration with HR, IT, and business stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Exposure to ServiceNow ITSM / ITOM modules.

- Additional certifications : CISITSM, CAD, CTA
