Job Description :

As a Service Delivery leader, you will be responsible for overseeing the integration of various applications within organization's infrastructure to ensure seamless operation and efficient service delivery. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, implement, and maintain integrated solutions that meet business requirements and enhance productivity. Your role will involve managing integration projects, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing processes to ensure the smooth flow of data and functionality across systems

Key Responsibilities :

- Integration Strategy Development : Develop integration strategies aligned with organizational goals and IT infrastructure to optimize service delivery and business processes.

- Project Management : Lead integration projects from inception to completion, defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate with stakeholders and teams to ensure successful project execution.

- System Integration : Implement and maintain integration solutions to connect various applications, databases, and systems. Utilize integration platforms, APIs, middleware, and other tools to facilitate seamless data exchange and functionality

- Requirements Gathering : Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Ensure solutions meet business needs while adhering to security and compliance standards.

- Technical Expertise : Possess strong technical expertise in application integration methodologies, technologies, and best practices. Stay updated with emerging trends and advancements in integration tools and platforms.

- Troubleshooting and Support : Identify and resolve integration issues in a timely manner. Provide support to users and IT teams to address integration-related problems and optimize system performance.

- Documentation : Create and maintain documentation for integration processes, configurations, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure documentation is comprehensive and accessible to relevant stakeholders.

- Quality Assurance : Conduct testing and validation of integrated systems to ensure accuracy, reliability, and performance. Implement quality assurance processes to minimize errors and ensure data integrity.

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT professionals, developers, business analysts, and project managers, to align integration efforts with overall business objectives and IT strategies.

- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in integration workflows. Recommend enhancements to systems and procedures to increase efficiency and effectiveness.

Qualifications & Required Skills :

- Graduate in Computer Science, Information Technology, or any field

- Proven experience in application integration, middleware, or related roles.

- Strong understanding of integration technologies such as APIs, ESBs, SOA, REST, and SOAP

- Proficiency in integration platforms (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, IBM Integration Bus)

- Experience with programming languages (e.g., Java, Python, JavaScript) and database systems

- Proven track record of transitioning from a hands-on Java Developer role to senior leadership positions, culminating in Delivery Head or equivalent

- Hands-on experience in IoT-based solutions and a strong understanding of Gen AI and Video Analytics technologies are mandatory.

- Demonstrated experience in managing revenue model, project budgets, and driving revenue growth. Capability to align delivery operations with financial goals and KPIs.
