Lead UX Designer



Job Summary :



We are seeking a visionary and hands-on Lead UX Designer to guide the design of intuitive, user-centered digital experiences across our product portfolio.



This role will lead UX strategy, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure our products meet user needs and business goals.



Key Responsibilities :



- Own the end-to-end UX design process, from research and ideation to prototyping and usability testing.



- Lead the creation of wireframes, user flows, journey maps, and high-fidelity mockups for web and mobile applications.



- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to align design goals with business objectives.



- Conduct and synthesize user research, including interviews, surveys, and competitive analysis.



- Define and maintain UX standards, design systems, and best practices across teams and platforms.



- Validate and iterate on design solutions through feedback sessions, usability testing, and live product evaluations.



- Advocate for user-centered design and accessibility principles throughout the organization.



- Mentor junior designers and foster a collaborative, feedback-driven design culture.



Required Qualifications :



- Bachelors or Masters degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Psychology, or related field.



- 5+ years of UX design experience, including leadership or mentorship roles.



- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, InVision, or similar.



- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX strategy, design thinking, and execution across multiple platforms.



- Experience with responsive design and cross-platform UX.



- Excellent communication and presentation skills.



Preferred Skills :



- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for design handoff and collaboration.



- Experience working in Agile environments and using tools like Azure DevOps or Jira.



- Background in enterprise software, IoT, or data-intensive applications.



- Certification in UX methodologies (e., Google UX, IBM Enterprise Design Thinking)
