Senior Wordpress Developer - PHP/MySQL

We are looking for a passionate and experienced Senior WordPress Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites along with expertise in modern web technologies

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the end-to-end development of WordPress-based websites, from concept to deployment.

- Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business needs.

- Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.

- Integrate and manage CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and marketing automation.

- Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and WordPress frameworks.

- Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) tracking setups.

- Implement and manage third-party API integrations and RESTful services.

- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing WordPress websites

- Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and MySQL.

- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases.

- Communicate effectively with UK and US clients, understanding requirements and providing timely solutions.

Technical Skills Required :

- 6+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.

- Proven experience working with US and UK clients.

- Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

- Experience with custom plugin and theme development.

- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

- Knowledge of WordPress security, caching, and performance optimization.

- Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).

- Understanding of UI/UX best practices and accessibility standards.

- Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client interactions directly.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience working directly with UK and US clients.

- Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

- Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
