Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Senior Web Developer to spearhead the architecture and maintenance of our high-traffic digital platforms. In this role, you will bridge the gap between complex backend infrastructure and seamless user experiences, working closely with cross-functional product teams, UI/UX designers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

Your work will directly influence the performance, reliability, and security of our web ecosystem, ensuring that our platforms remain robust enough to handle high-concurrency demands while delivering a frictionless experience to our global user base. You will be instrumental in modernizing our legacy systems and integrating cutting-edge cloud-native database solutions to drive operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and maintain high-performance web applications using PHP and modern JavaScript frameworks to ensure optimal site speed and responsiveness for our end users.

- Manage and optimize complex WordPress environments, including custom theme and plugin development, to support evolving marketing and business content needs.

- Design and implement scalable data storage solutions using Amazon DynamoDB, ensuring low-latency data retrieval and high availability for mission-critical applications.

- Collaborate with engineering leads to perform code reviews and establish best practices, fostering a culture of technical excellence and high-quality output across the development team.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, minimizing downtime and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated expertise in building and scaling web applications using PHP and JavaScript, with a deep understanding of modern development patterns and clean code principles.

- Proven ability to architect and manage high-scale data structures within DynamoDB, including optimizing query performance and managing NoSQL data models.

- Extensive experience in the WordPress ecosystem, specifically in developing custom solutions that go beyond standard configurations to meet unique business requirements.

- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate effectively within a distributed team environment.

- A proactive mindset with the ability to adapt to hybrid work models across our Hyderabad, Pune, and Delhi NCR offices, while maintaining high levels of productivity and self-management.

- A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or a related field, complemented by 5 - 10 years of hands-on experience in full-stack web development and cloud-integrated backend systems.
