Description :

Job Role : Senior Web Analytics Developer.

Location : Remote.

Key Responsibilities :

- Implement and maintain web analytics tools, including Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar platforms.

- Develop and deploy custom tracking scripts and tags using Tag Management Systems (e.g., Google Tag Manager), including server-side implementation of marketing pixels using CAPI.

- Collaborate with developers, marketers, and designers to ensure accurate tracking of website activities and user behaviors.

- Create and manage dashboards and reports to visualize key metrics and insights.

- Monitor website performance metrics and identify opportunities for improvement.

- Conduct debugging and testing of tracking codes to ensure data accuracy and reliability.

- Assist in setting up A/B tests and multivariate experiments to optimize website performance.

- Set up and validate tags to ensure accurate data collection across websites and apps.

- Integrate analytics tools with CRM systems and third-party platforms to consolidate data sources.

- Write custom scripts using JavaScript, SQL, or other technologies to enable advanced tracking and reporting.

Requirements :

- 2-3 years of experience as a Digital Analyst or Web Analytics Developer.

- Advanced proficiency in JavaScript or any equivalent frontend framework (must be comfortable writing custom codes, DOM attributes, HTML, and basic CSS).

- Familiarity with APIs understanding how to read JSON, basic GET/POST logic, and integrate into workflows.

- Strong analytical thinking and ability to work in dynamic environments.

- Effective written communication skills for documentation and clarity in logic.

Skill(s) Required :

- JavaScript (strong foundation required), HTML / CSS.

- GA4 or any other analytics platform (e.g., Adobe Analytics).

- Google Tag Manager or any other tag management platform (e.g., Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.).

- Looker Studio or any other dashboarding platform (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).

- BigQuery / SQL.
