We are looking for a senior technology leader to define and scale the end-to-end tech strategy for a large-scale digital commerce platform designed for India-wide impact.

The role will drive architecture, platform engineering, microservices, AI-first solutions and ecosystem integration.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and own the technology vision, strategy and architecture for a high-scale platform.

- Lead product tech, platform engineering, infrastructure, DevOps and QA teams.

- Design and implement microservices-based, cloud-native, distributed systems.

- Ensure reliability, security, resilience and performance for population-scale usage.

- Drive engineering excellence, governance, best practices and automation.

- Build and lead high-performing engineering teams; drive talent strategy and mentorship.

- Collaborate closely with product, business and external ecosystem stakeholders.

- Manage technology budgets, vendors and delivery outcomes against roadmap.

Required Experience & Skills :

- 15+ years of overall technology experience, with at least 3+ years in senior leadership (Director/Head/VP/SVP).

- Proven track record in building and scaling complex distributed platforms.

- Strong expertise in microservices, APIs, event-driven systems and cloud-native architecture.

- Experience with digital commerce / large-scale consumer platforms / public digital infrastructure (preferred).

- Strong first-principles and product-thinking approach.

- Demonstrated ability to build and scale high-performing engineering teams.

- Excellent stakeholder management, communication and decision-making skills.
