Job Summary :

We are seeking a creative and experienced Senior UX Developer with strong expertise in Angular 13+, User Experience (UX), and User Interface (UI) design. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience designing enterprise digital products, collaborating with business stakeholders, and creating intuitive, user-centered experiences. Banking domain experience and exposure to AI-assisted design tools will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities :

UX & UI Design :

- Design intuitive, responsive, and user-centric web applications.

- Create wireframes, mockups, user flows, journey maps, and interactive prototypes.

- Develop engaging user interfaces using Angular 13+.

- Ensure consistency with enterprise design systems and accessibility standards.

User Research :

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and heuristic evaluations.

- Translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

- Analyze user behavior and continuously improve application usability.

Frontend Development :

- Develop responsive web applications using Angular 13+.

- Collaborate with backend developers to integrate APIs.

- Optimize application performance and responsiveness.

Collaboration :

- Work closely with Product Owners, Business Analysts, and Development teams.

- Facilitate design workshops and stakeholder discussions.

- Present design concepts and recommendations to business stakeholders.

Innovation :

- Explore AI-enabled design tools and modern UX practices.

- Promote user-centered design methodologies across teams.

- Drive continuous improvement in digital experiences.
