Senior UX Designer - Figma/Photoshop

Job Title : UX Designer.

Experience : 5+ Years.

Location : Nagpur / Pune (Onsite).

Job Overview :

The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio showcasing expertise in crafting intuitive and engaging user experiences.

You will work closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to design innovative digital products that meet user needs and business goals.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design user-centric interfaces and experiences for web and mobile applications.

- Create wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma and Photoshop.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and incorporate feedback into design iterations.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into functional designs.

- Ensure a seamless and visually consistent user experience across all platforms.

- Implement basic HTML/CSS when needed to communicate design intentions or support front-end development.

- Stay updated on the latest UI/UX trends, design techniques, and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Computer Science, or a related field.

- 5+ years of professional experience as a UX Designer or similar role.

- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe Photoshop, and a working knowledge of HTML.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating UX design skills across various platforms and devices.

- Excellent understanding of user-centered design principles and interaction design.

- Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.

- Ability to work onsite in Nagpur or Pune.
