Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop and execute performance test plans including load, stress, endurance and scalability testing.

- Utilize modern performance testing tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload or K6 to simulate real-world scenarios.

- Collaborate with development QA and DevOps teams to integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines.

- Monitor system metrics CPU memory I/O network during test execution and analyze performance bottlenecks.

- Provide detailed performance reports dashboards and recommendations for system optimization.

- Work closely with architects and developers to ensure applications meet required scalability and reliability

Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing & Performance Engineering.

- Strong hands-on expertise with one or more tools : JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling, Neoload, K6.

- Proficiency in scripting languages (Python, JavaScript, Groovy, or similar) for automation and test customization.

- Solid understanding of system architecture APIs databases and web technologies.

- Experience with monitoring & observability tools : Grafana, Prometheus, Dynatrace, AppDynamics, or similar.

- Familiarity with cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes) is an advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in Agile/Scrum environments
