Responsibilities :
- Design, deploy, and support enterprise network solutions.
- Perform advanced troubleshooting for complex network issues.
- Implement and manage Routing & Switching technologies.
- Configure and support Cisco-based network infrastructure.
- Work on Data Center, SD-WAN, Wireless, and Security solutions.
- Conduct network assessments, audits, and performance optimization.
- Prepare High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) documents.
- Lead migration, implementation, and upgrade projects.
- Collaborate with Presales and Sales teams for solution design and customer presentations.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to L1/L2/L3 engineers.
- Participate in Proof of Concepts (POCs) and customer demonstrations.
- Ensure compliance with security standards and best practices.
- Coordinate with OEMs and TAC teams for issue resolution.

Preferred Qualification & Certification:
- Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Computer Science, IT, EXTC, Electronics, or related field).
- Valid CCIE Certification (Enterprise Infrastructure, Data Center, Security, or equivalent).
- Additional certifications such as CCNP, Cisco ACI, SD-WAN, Fortinet, Palo Alto, or VMware will be an added advantage.
Experience:
- 8+ years of experience in Enterprise Networking.
- Hands-on experience in designing and implementing large-scale network infrastructures.
- Experience working with System Integrators, OEM Partners, or Managed Service Providers preferred.
