As a key player in the product-development organization of Talentica Software.

What you'll do :

- Head multiple dedicated engineering product teams and develop the core product for customers.

- Lead high performing product-development teams (we hire grads from IITs/NITs and select few other colleges only).

You must have :

- B.E/B.Tech degree from one of these colleges only IIT/NIT/BHU/BITS/ISM/COEP/VJTI.

- Thorough experience (12-15 years) of designing, developing, and testing applications and spent at least the last 5 years in hands-on working in Java, Spring MVC/Boot, Rest, RDBMS database design, SQL Programming, Working knowledge of any one cloud(Ex : AWS, Azure), Scalable design, Linux ecosystem.

- Understands Software development process using Agile Scrum/Scrumban methodology, and the tools like Jira, and can set it up for his/her teams.

- Understands the DevOps and CI/CD processes from code development to release, and comfortable to set it up for teams.

- Managed single or multiple teams with 10+ overall team members directly or indirectly.

- Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Nice to have Skills :

- One of the Frontend frameworks at intermediate level.

- Knowledge of NoSQL databases.

Selling Points for the Candidates :

- Experience both the start-up culture to develop cloud based SAAS products for start-ups from concept to release, and work with enterprises to re-architect, develop the core product platform for scale.

- Contribute in architecting/designing the solution.
