Job Title : Senior Technical Lead .NET & Azure Implementation

Location : Mumbai / Pune

About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Lead with 8- 12 years of expertise in .NET development and Azure cloud implementation. The ideal candidate will lead technical teams, design scalable architectures, and ensure high-quality delivery of enterprise-grade solutions. This role requires deep hands-on expertise in .NET, Azure, and modern software engineering practices.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design, development, and deployment of applications using .NET Core, ASP.NET, and Azure cloud services.

- Architect and implement scalable microservices and RESTful APIs with secure integrations.

- Drive adoption of Azure DevOps practices including CI/CD, Git workflows, and automated deployments.

- Ensure optimal data modelling, database performance, and integration with SQL Server and Azure SQL.

- Implement containerized solutions using Docker and Kubernetes for scalability and maintainability.

- Enforce security best practices including authentication, authorization, Azure AD, and RBAC.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Agile/Scrum environments to deliver high-quality solutions.

- Mentor and guide development teams, conducting code reviews and promoting best practices.

- Monitor performance, troubleshoot production issues, and ensure system reliability and uptime.

- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 8- 12 years of experience in software development with strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET Core, .NET Framework.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Azure services including App Services, Azure Functions, Storage, Service Bus, Key Vault, and Azure SQL.

- Strong understanding of microservices architecture and RESTful API development.

- Hands-on experience with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes).

- Proficiency with Azure DevOps, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.

- Strong database skills with SQL Server and Azure SQL; expertise in database optimization and data modelling.

- Knowledge of security protocols, identity management, and role-based access control.

- Experience working in Agile/Scrum delivery models.
