Lead architectural decisions for cloud migration strategies, including Azure infrastructure design and deployment. Manage and optimize Microsoft 365 services, ensuring seamless integration with existing systems.

Oversee team coordination between development, operations, and business stakeholders to deliver robust solutions. Drive security compliance and governance frameworks across the MS ecosystem. Mentor junior team members and foster technical excellence within the organization. Manage vendor relationships and evaluate emerging Microsoft technologies for organizational adoption.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead design and development of enterprise solutions on M365 / SharePoint Online

- Architect and build solutions using SPFx, React, C#, .NET

- Drive integration with Azure services, APIs, and AWS hosting environments

- Provide technical leadership across Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Dataflows)

- Define best practices, coding standards, and solution architecture

- Collaborate with business stakeholders for solution design and business engagement
