About the Role :

We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Senior Software Developer Java (Enterprise) to join our technology team. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Core Java, enterprise-grade application development, and modern Java frameworks. This role demands strong technical depth, problem-solving ability, and experience working on scalable, mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level Java applications

- Build scalable and high-performance solutions using Java (817) and Spring Boot

- Work extensively on Core Java concepts including multithreading, collections, and performance tuning

- Develop and manage ORM-based data access layers using Hibernate

- Deploy and support applications on enterprise application servers (IBM WebSphere / WildFly / JBoss EAP / Oracle WebLogic)

- Write and maintain unit tests using JUnit to ensure code quality and reliability

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for requirement analysis, design, and delivery

- Use GIT for source code version control and collaboration

- Write and optimize SQL queries and interact effectively with relational databases

- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve complex technical issues

- Ensure adherence to best coding practices, security standards, and performance benchmarks
