Senior Technical Lead

Description :

Mandatory Skills :

- Strong expertise in Java and Spring Boot

- Hands-on experience with at least one Streaming Platform, such as :

1. AWS Kinesis

2. Google Pub/Sub

3. Azure Event Hubs

4. Apache Kafka

5. Apache Flink

6. Spark Structured Streaming

7. Apache Pulsar

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and development of high-performance, distributed systems leveraging streaming technologies.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define architecture, ensure scalability, and maintain reliability.

- Provide technical leadership, mentor team members, and ensure adherence to best coding practices.

- Optimize streaming pipelines for real-time data processing and analytics.

- Work closely with DevOps and Cloud teams to deploy and maintain applications on cloud environments (AWS / GCP / Azure).

Preferred Qualifications :

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Excellent understanding of microservices architecture.

- Experience with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).

- Exposure to Agile methodologies and distributed system design patterns.
