- Develop and customise Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE components, including plugins, workflows, Power Apps, and Power Automate flows.

- Design and implement integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Azure Service Bus, and REST APIs.

- Configure and manage entities, forms, views, dashboards, security roles, and data models within Dataverse.

- Implement and manage solution deployments using Azure DevOps, following best-practice Application Lifecycle Management (ALM).

- Collaborate with functional consultants, solution architects, and business stakeholders to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

- Troubleshoot, optimise, and enhance existing Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM modules such as Sales, Customer Service, and Field Service.

- Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS for Dynamics 365 customisations.

- Solid experience with Microsoft Power Platform, including Power Apps and Power Automate.

- Strong understanding of Azure integration patterns and services.

- In-depth knowledge of Dataverse, Dynamics 365 APIs, and SQL Server.

- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
