Senior Technical Delivery Leader

We are seeking a Senior Technical Delivery Leader to drive end-to-end technology delivery for complex enterprise applications. This is a customer-facing leadership role requiring strong hands-on technical depth, team management expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable, high-quality solutions across full-stack and cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end technical delivery for multiple projects and client engagements

- Act as the primary technical point of contact for customers and stakeholders

- Architect and oversee full-stack solutions using modern frameworks and cloud platforms

- Guide and mentor engineering teams, ensuring technical excellence and delivery timelines

- Drive best practices in coding, architecture, security, and performance

- Collaborate with product, QA, DevOps, and business teams for seamless execution

- Manage risks, dependencies, and delivery commitments effectively

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- 15 to 20 years of overall experience in software engineering and technical delivery

- Strong hands-on experience across full technology stack

- Expertise in Core Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and modern frontend frameworks

- Experience with NoSQL databases, caching, and search technologies

- Strong knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / GCP)

- Proven experience in customer-facing roles and team handling

- Excellent communication skills; grounded, delivery-focused, and technically strong
