Senior Technical Architect - Node.js

Description :

The core responsibilities for the job include the following :

Architecture and Technical Leadership :

- Define and evolve the technical architecture for our AI-driven SaaS platform.

- Review and guide architectural decisions made by team leads to ensure consistency, scalability, and robustness.

- Stay hands-on, contribute directly to core backend and platform development (Node.js, TypeScript, microservices).

- Build proof-of-concepts and reference implementations for complex product features.

- Lead critical design and code reviews, driving engineering best practices across teams.

- Colaborate closely with product, design, and data teams to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

- Optimize for system reliability, performance, and maintainability.

AI Innovation :

- Design and integrate AI-powered and LLM-driven features into the platform.

- Build reusable frameworks, APIs, and pipelines that enable product teams to leverage AI effectively.

- Evaluate and deploy large language models, prompt architectures, and AI tools responsibly.

- Champion experimentation and data-driven iteration in product capabilities.

Requirements :

- 12-15 years of experience in software engineering and system architecture.

- Hands-on experience integrating AI and LLM technologies into production systems is a must.

- Deep expertise in backend development (Node.js, TypeScript, distributed systems).

- Strong system design and problem-solving skills are comfortable with complexity and tradeoffs.

- Proven ability to review and influence architecture across multiple teams.

- Solid understanding of databases, APIs, and modern frontend frameworks (React or similar).

- Experience with cloud-native architectures and DevOps (AWS, GCP, or Azure).

- Previous experience in fast-paced startup or high-growth product environments.
