Role : Senior Tableau Developer.

Role & Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and deliver high-impact Tableau dashboards and visualizations that translate business requirements into intuitive user experiences.

- Build and maintain scalable data pipelines and published data sources using Tableau Prep and ETL tooling to ensure reliable, performant reporting layers.

- Author complex calculations, LOD expressions, parameters, and advanced visualizations to support analytical requirements.

- Publish, schedule, and administer content on Tableau Server/Online; implement security, row-level access, and content governance.

- Optimize workbook and query performance through data modelling, extract strategies, SQL tuning, and dashboard best practices.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and QA to refine requirements, perform UAT, and ensure successful production deployments.

Skills & Qualifications :

Must-Have :

- Proven experience delivering enterprise Tableau solutions (Tableau Desktop + Tableau Server/Online).

- Strong SQL skills with hands-on experience in enterprise data warehouse environments and data modelling (star/snowflake).

- Hands-on experience with Tableau Prep and ETL tools to build and maintain data pipelines.

- Expertise in dashboard performance optimization and advanced Tableau capabilities (calculations, LOD, parameters).

- Experience administering Tableau Server/Online : scheduling, permissions, extracts, and troubleshooting.

- Proven ability to work with stakeholders to translate business needs into BI solutions and documentation.

Preferred :

- Experience with cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Redshift, BigQuery) and modern ELT patterns.

- Familiarity with Python (pandas) or scripting for data transformation and automation.

- Tableau certifications (Desktop Certified Associate or Professional) or equivalent BI certifications.
