Role & Responsibilities :

- Plan, manage, and oversee all aspects of the Production environment.

- Define strategies for Application Performance Monitoring & Optimization.

- Handle production incidents, identify patterns, and drive reduction in recurring issues.

- Support code deployments across environments & automate processes wherever possible.

- Design and standardize Monitoring & Alerting mechanisms.

- Troubleshoot across complex tech stacks to reduce MTTR.

- Collaborate across the service lifecycle from design to deployment to continuous improvement.

- Analyze ITSM activities & provide feedback to dev teams on resiliency and operational gaps.

- Participate in system design consulting, capacity planning, and launch reviews.

- Support CI/CD pipelines and lead DevOps automation best practices.

- Monitor system health including availability, latency & overall performance.

- Drive scalable solutions through automation and process improvements.

- Work with a global team across different geographies.

- Participate in rotational on-call support and occasional off-hours work.

Required Skills (Must Have) :

- Linux.

- Shell Scripting.

- ITIL / ITSM.

- SQL.

- Application Troubleshooting.

- Monitoring Tools (Preferred: Splunk / Dynatrace).

- Jenkins (CI/CD).

- Groovy / YAML.

- Git / Bitbucket.

- Ansible.

- AWS Cloud.

- Basic Mainframe Knowledge.
