Operations & Incident Management :
- Provide timely support for incidents and service requests through the Incident Management tool and direct IT requests.
- Perform troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and resolution of system and infrastructure issues.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and reliability.
Change & Service Management :
- Participate in Change Management processes, including change planning, implementation, validation, and post-change support.
- Represent infrastructure teams in change review meetings as required.
- Maintain documentation for systems, processes, and changes.
Education & Qualifications :
- 3+ years of telecom or enterprise network experience required.
- Strong ability to interface effectively with management, customers, and operational teams.
- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft technologies and enterprise infrastructure.
- Experience supporting on-premise and hosted environments.
- Knowledge of server hardware, storage systems, virtualization, and cloud services.
- Experience with enterprise security, backup, and monitoring solutions.
- Familiarity with ITIL-based Incident and Change Management processes.
