Leading technology / fintech platform is seeking a Systems Engineer to own enterprise infrastructure across messaging, caching, and traffic management platforms.

The role focuses on reliability, scalability, availability, performance, and operational resilience of mission-critical infrastructure.

The candidate will work across distributed systems, Linux environments, automation, monitoring, and production infrastructure.

The role involves close collaboration with development, DevOps, networking, and security teams.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, deploy, maintain, and support highly available messaging, caching, and traffic management infrastructure.

- Own system performance, capacity, availability, monitoring, and operational health.

- Manage upgrades, patching, configuration, clustering, replication, failover, and disaster recovery.

- Troubleshoot production issues involving message delivery, latency, connectivity, throughput, and service resiliency.

- Develop automation and operational tooling using scripting and infrastructure automation practices.

- Drive incident response, root-cause analysis, observability, and continuous improvement of infrastructure reliability.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

- 5 - 10 years of experience in systems engineering, infrastructure operations, platform engineering, or related roles.

- Strong experience with distributed infrastructure, messaging or middleware, caching, and traffic management platforms.

- Strong Linux or Unix administration and scripting skills.

- Good understanding of TCP/IP, DNS, routing, load balancing, and high-availability concepts.

- Exposure to cloud, virtualization, containers, infrastructure-as-code, or continuous integration and continuous delivery environments is preferred.

- Willingness to work onsite from Bengaluru.
