We are looking for a Systems / Platform Engineer with strong experience in enterprise platform administration, monitoring, upgrades, troubleshooting and Identity & Access Management.

Key Responsibilities :

- Monitor, administer and troubleshoot enterprise platforms and applications.

- Perform platform upgrades, configuration changes, maintenance and operational support.

- Manage user provisioning, access, SSO and identity integrations using Entra ID / SCIM.

- Investigate and resolve L2/L3 incidents, performance and availability issues.

- Support enterprise application and API integrations.

- Automate operational activities using Python / PowerShell.

- Maintain technical documentation, SOPs and knowledge articles.

- Follow security, governance and change-management processes.
