Job Description Summary :

The SpringBoot Specialist will be responsible for designing and developing the SpringBoot Based application \ services. The specialist should have hands-on knowledge of following skills:

- 6+ years of professional experience in Spring, SpringBoot, Spring MVC, Java Collection framework, Microservices, OOPS and Multithreading Concepts

- Hands on experience in Algorithms and Data Structures

- Experience in any of the messaging Queue (IBM MQ, Kafka)

- Working knowledge of JUnit, Maven & Jenkins

- Experience with MicroServices, RESTful Web Services using SpringBoot

- Hands on experience in Algorithms and Data Structures

- Working knowledge of JUnit, Maven & Jenkins

- Experience with MicroServices, RESTful Web Services using Spring Boot

- Experience with Cassandra, Mongo & POSTGRESQL Database

- Knowledge of Big Data

- Should have strong analytical thinking, be a self-driven individual to face challenges and work with unknowns in fixing elusive bugs in MicroServices, SOA architecture.

- Traits to take ownership of the components and deliver work end to end, including designing, development, release and bug-fixing.

- Experienced working in Agile Development Environment and scrumprocess.

Key Accountabilities :

The candidate will be accountable for the following applications

1. Java \ Spring Boot based Micro Services development

2. Integrations between different systems (HCL Commerce, IBM Sterling [OMS, WMS] and, Enterprise systems)

Qualifications :

A qualified candidate should have 6 - 10 years of experience in designing and development on Java frameworks.

The candidate should have good knowledge of Spring and Java programming.

The candidate should have extremely good communication skills and should be able to drive technical discussions with partners and vendors.

Mandatory Skills :

1. Java \ Spring Boot based Micro Services development

2. Experience on Cassandra, Mongo DB & Big Data

3. Working knowledge of Kafka, MQ

4. Experience in handling critical issues in production environment andresolution.

Desirable skills :

1. API gateway integration, API security and API performance benchmarking

2. Experience with configuration management and source control systems (Jenkins, Ansible, Chef, Puppet, GIT, SVN)

3. Working knowledge of Unix including the usage of common Unix Commands
