About the Role :

We are seeking an experienced Sr. Solution Consultant Kronos/WFM who will be responsible for end-to-end implementation, configuration, and support of UKG Workforce Management (Dimensions, WFD, UKG Pro). The role requires deep expertise in Kronos applications, strong client-facing skills, and the ability to drive solution design and delivery for global clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end implementation and configuration of Kronos Workforce Management solutions (WFD, Dimensions, UKG Pro).

- Gather business requirements, design system solutions, and map them to Kronos functionalities.

- Configure Timekeeping, Advanced Scheduling, Absence Management, and Accruals modules.

- Provide expert-level support during UAT, Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery.

- Troubleshoot issues, perform root cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.

- Prepare functional specifications, test plans, and solution documentation.

- Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on best practices in Kronos/WFM solutions.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 6 - 12 years of overall experience with at least 5 years in Kronos/WFM implementation & support.

- Strong expertise in Kronos Workforce Dimensions, WFD, and UKG Pro.

- Hands-on experience in configuration, integration, and customization of Kronos modules.

- In-depth understanding of Time & Attendance, Scheduling, and Absence Management.

- Exposure to HCM/payroll integration with Kronos/UKG systems.

- Excellent client interaction, requirement gathering, and solution design skills.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

- Good communication and presentation skills.

Good to Have :

- Certification in Kronos/UKG Workforce Dimensions.

- Experience with reporting & analytics in Kronos.

- Exposure to global implementations and multi-country rollouts.
