Senior Solution Architect - Teamcenter

Job Description :

Responsibilities :

- Develop comprehensive solution roadmaps and architectural blueprints.

- Provide expert guidance on Teamcenter best practices, integration strategies, and technology selection.

- Lead the development of custom solution designs and definitions for large-scale, strategic projects.

- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients, understanding their long-term business goals and challenges.

- Conduct in-depth client assessments and requirements gathering sessions.

- Develop and present strategic solution proposals and recommendations.

- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.

- Architect and implement advanced Active Workspace configurations and customizations.

- Design and implement complex server-side customizations to enhance core Teamcenter functionality.

- Utilize and optimize Teamcenter integration frameworks like T4EA, T4S, and T4O.

- Ensure seamless integration of Teamcenter with other enterprise systems.

- Lead the architectural vision and implementation of large-scale Teamcenter projects.

- Drive project execution using Agile methodologies, ensuring iterative development and continuous improvement.

- Manage architectural risks and dependencies, ensuring successful project delivery.

- Mentor and guide junior architects and developers.

- Stay abreast of the latest PLM trends and technologies.

- Contribute to the development of internal best practices and methodologies.

- Drive innovation and continuous improvement within the PLM practice.

- Share knowledge and expertise through presentations, workshops, and documentation.

Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Expert-level knowledge of Teamcenter architecture, customization, and integration.

- Deep understanding of server-side Teamcenter customizations.

- Proven experience with Teamcenter integration frameworks (T4EA, T4S, T4O).

- Strong PLM functional and technical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with cloud-based Teamcenter deployments and architectures.

- Experience with leading large, multi-year PLM transformation projects.

- Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
