Location : Pune Preferred | Remote Across India

Job Overview :

This is a high-impact client-facing role where the candidate will work closely with US healthcare clients, leadership teams, delivery managers, and engineering teams to design scalable, secure, and HIPAA-compliant healthcare solutions.

The ideal candidate should be technically hands-on, AI-savvy, and capable of driving technical solutioning from discovery and proposal stage through delivery oversight.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive technical pre-sales activities including RFP/RFI responses, estimation, solutioning, and

proposal discussions

- Design scalable, secure, HIPAA-compliant architectures for US healthcare clients

- Work on healthcare interoperability solutions using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and EHR/EMR

integrations

- Collaborate with delivery, engineering, AI, and business teams to ensure successful execution

- Build POCs and reference architectures for healthcare and AI-driven use cases

- Participate in client workshops, discovery discussions, architecture reviews, and stakeholder

presentations

- Define reusable architecture patterns, governance standards, and best practices

Required Skills :

Healthcare & Compliance :

- Strong experience in US Healthcare domain

- HIPAA compliance architecture experience

- EHR/EMR integration exposure

- Payer / Provider / HealthTech exposure preferred

Interoperability :

- HL7

- FHIR / FHIR R4

- SMART on FHIR

- Healthcare API integrations

Technical Skills :

- Strong backend expertise in .NET / Python / Node.js

- Cloud expertise in AWS / Azure / GCP

- Microservices & API architecture

- Exposure to Snowflake / Databricks is preferred

AI & Emerging Technologies :

- OpenAI, Copilot, Claude, Agentic AI, or healthcare AI workflows

Pre-Sales & Client Engagement :

- Solution estimation and proposal creation

- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Client-facing consulting experience with US customers
