We are looking for a Full Stack Solution Architect with a strong technical background to lead the design, development, and implementation of digital products and enterprise-grade solutions. As a Solution Architect, you will collaborate with cross-functional teamsincluding Product Owners, Scrum Masters, Business Analysts, Engineers, and the Enterprise Architecture Teamto shape and define cutting-edge solutions that enhance efficiency, scalability, and security.

Key Responsibilities :

Architect and Design Solutions :

- Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Low-Level Design (LLD) for mobile platforms, backend systems, and integrated services.

- Lead architecture discussions and technology decisions in collaboration with IT teams and business leaders.

- Ensure alignment of solutions with the banks policies, procedures, and technology standards.

Leadership & Strategy :

- Own and drive solution design, translating business requirements into technical requirements.

- Introduce best practices and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.

- Lead multiple development teams, ensuring high-quality delivery of enterprise solutions.

- Collaborate with risk, security, and compliance teams to create robust, secure architectures.

Agile & Cloud-Based Development :

- Champion Agile and DevOps methodologies to accelerate time-to-market.

- Provide cloud-native solutions using AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud services.

- Drive continuous integration and deployment using modern SDLC tools.

Team Development & Knowledge Sharing :

- Mentor and guide agile teams through leadership, motivation, and knowledge sharing.

- Develop skillsets within the team by offering coaching, feedback, and career growth opportunities.

- Contribute to recruitment, technical interviews, RFP evaluations, and architecture review processes.

Technical Advocacy :

- Lead technical discussions, knowledge-sharing sessions, and Geek-Talks within teams.

- Serve as a technology thought leader, advocating for innovative tools and frameworks.

Minimum Experience :

- 5+ years of experience in software development roles such as Senior Developer.

- 5+ years of experience as a Solution Architect in digital platforms with a focus on microservices architecture.

- 5+ years of Agile product development experience using SCRUM methodologies.

Technical Expertise :

- Strong programming skills in Java, Node.js, React.js, Angular, Spring Boot.

- Deep knowledge of SOA, JavaScript, HTML, CSS, Oracle, MySQL, REST APIs, IAM, SQL & NoSQL databases.

- Hands-on experience designing cloud solutions with AWS, Azure, or Oracle Cloud.

- Expertise in AWS EC2, S3, VPCs, Cloud Direct Connect, Firewalls, Security Groups, Application Monitoring.

- Experience with LDAP, Single Sign-On (SSO), LAMP stacks, Authentication Technologies.

- Strong background in DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, code refactoring, and scalable application architecture.

Certifications :

Certifications in Cloud Architecture (AWS, Microsoft, Oracle, Google) or TOGAF are desirable.
