Role Summary :

Celito is seeking a highly experienced Senior Solutions Architect - Data & Analytics (Life Sciences) to lead solution design and delivery across Clinical, Commercial, and Medical Affairs domains. This role requires deep pharma data expertise, strong architectural leadership, and the ability to guide engineering teams toward high-quality, compliant solution delivery.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design end-to-end data platform architectures.

- Build scalable data and analytics solutions on leading cloud platforms.

- Develop data models and integrate key pharma datasets : EDC, CTMS, IRT, CRM, 3PL, Claims, Hub, Dispense, etc.

- Produce solution blueprints, architecture diagrams, and implementation roadmaps.

- Lead technical delivery across multiple client engagements.

- Conduct design reviews and ensure robust solution quality.

- Ensure adherence to data governance, security, and regulatory compliance.

- Drive automation and oversee operational support and issue resolution.

- Contribute reusable assets, frameworks, and best practices across the practice.

- Apply AI/ML or GenAI capabilities to enhance solution offerings.

- Identify opportunities where AI can improve insights, automation, or workflow efficiency.

Must-Have Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience.

- 10+ years in data engineering, data architecture, or delivery leadership.

- 5+ years of experience in the Biotech/Pharma industry supporting Clinical/Commercial business units.

- Strong hands-on experience with cloud platforms and services :

1. AWS : S3, Glue, Lambda, Redshift, RDS, EMR, Athena, Step Functions

2. Azure : Data Lake, ADF, Synapse, Functions, Key Vault, Event Hub

3. Snowflake, Databricks

- Expertise in data lake/Lakehouse architectures and modern ELT patterns.

- Strong programming and data skills : SQL, Python, Spark, data modeling.

- Experience integrating pharma data and operational systems.

- Knowledge of BI/reporting tools : Power BI, Tableau, Spotfire.

- Understanding of regulated data environments (GxP, 21 CFR Part 11).

- Proven experience leading large-scale or multi-team programs.

- Excellent client-facing communication and leadership skills.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Experience with GenAI, ML pipelines, RAG, embeddings, vector databases.

- Experience in MDM (Master Data Management).

- Cloud/Data certifications (AWS/Azure/Snowflake/Databricks).

- CI/CD, Terraform, Docker/Kubernetes experience.

- Deep understanding of pharma value chain processes.

- Experience designing/managing APIs for data ingestion and consumption.
